During the summer Season, the Weathervane employs 65 or more actors, technicians, musicians, scenic artists, and additional staffers.  Some return year after year, others take their Weathervane experience on the road with regional and national theatre careers.  Additionally, the Theatre employs local residents and NH artists in a variety of positions.
